Evidence you can defend

Every number answers three questions.

What was counted, on what date, from which source. In Comphas the product answers them, not someone's memory. Four design decisions make that work.

Design decision 1

An honest slice, never a mirror

A sync pulls a bounded query into your own catalogue, and every count is labelled as rows in that catalogue. Live registry search stays free and unlimited.

Design decision 2

Freezing is a product event

Saving a chart freezes its dataset; shipping a pack freezes every dataset on the board. Frozen data is never overwritten, not by a user and not by the nightly refresh.

Design decision 3

Sources declare what they are

58 connectors, each with an honesty tier: live, curated, literature proxy or stub. Where no open feed exists, the screen says so.

Design decision 4

Every decision leaves a record

Decision cases freeze what the board showed on the day. The audit log records who queried, exported or froze what, with the data vintage, exportable to CSV.

See the freeze

Live while you explore. Frozen when it becomes a deliverable.

A board stays live while your team works on it. The moment you ship it, every dataset on it stops moving, and the pack records when and from where.

Three months later, the numbers in the pack still match the pack. The registry may have moved; your evidence hasn't.

On every exhibit

Provenance travels with the chart.

Wherever an exhibit goes, on a board, in a pack or in a meeting, it carries what you need to defend it.

Title

The finding, stated

"Multiple myeloma: 67 of 186 (36%)." The headline number leads every exhibit.

KPIs

Definitions printed

Slice KPIs carry their definition underneath, e.g. "Stopped = terminated + withdrawn".

Working with the output

Small features that keep counts honest.

No double counting

Cross-registry links catch one trial listed under two identifiers.

Field mapper

Complementary records join on trial ID or title.

Watches

A digest of what moved across every watched slice.

Trust Annex

Method and sources documented alongside the evidence.

Audit trail

Who queried, exported or froze what, with the data vintage. Exportable to CSV.

Compliance role

Reads everything, writes nothing. One of five roles enforced on every request.
